My Father
Muthyam Ramana Reddy
My father is a first-generation entrepreneur whose journey has been one of resilience, sacrifice, and determination. At the age of 18, he stepped into the workforce to support his family, putting his own education on hold before completing his bachelor's degree. Although it was a difficult decision, he chose responsibility over personal ambition.
In 2008, he founded Lakshmi Forging as a sole proprietorship. Through years of hard work, perseverance, and countless challenges, he transformed it into a successful manufacturing business that has now been operating for over 18 years.
Growing up, I have watched him solve problems with patience, lead with integrity, and never give up in the face of adversity. His work ethic has shown me that success is built through consistency rather than shortcuts.
Beyond his professional achievements, he has been a constant source of guidance in my life. From supporting my academic ambitions to encouraging my interest in engineering and design, he has always believed in me and motivated me to pursue opportunities that help me grow.
The values he has instilled in me—discipline, perseverance, humility, and responsibility—continue to shape the person I strive to become every day.
My Mother
Chandrakala Muthyam
My mother was raised in a small village, where she completed her education until the 10th grade. Although she chose not to continue her studies, she has always believed in the importance of education and has encouraged me to make the most of every opportunity she never had.
She is the backbone of our family. Every day, she manages our home with incredible dedication, balancing countless responsibilities while caring for everyone around her. Whether it is looking after our family's needs, managing the household, or simply being there whenever we need her, she does it all with patience, strength, and unconditional love.
Watching her selflessly dedicate her life to our family's well-being has taught me the true meaning of sacrifice and responsibility. She has always placed our happiness and comfort before her own, ensuring that we have every opportunity to pursue our dreams.
From her, I have learned the values of kindness, resilience, and selflessness. Her unwavering support has given me the confidence to face challenges, and her quiet strength continues to inspire me every day.
My Brother
Muthyam Deepak Sai Manohar Reddy
My brother is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Mahindra University in Hyderabad. As my elder brother, he has always been one of the most important people in my life. He has stood by me through every stage of my journey, offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support whenever I needed it.
From my childhood to where I am today, he has always believed in my abilities, even during moments when I doubted myself. Whether it was helping me make important decisions, motivating me to work harder, or simply listening when I needed someone to talk to, he has never failed to be there for me. His advice and perspective have helped me grow both personally and academically.
Although we have chosen different fields of study, he has always encouraged my passion for engineering and supported every opportunity I have pursued, from internships and projects to leadership roles and competitions. He constantly reminds me to stay focused, work with determination, and never stop learning.
More than anything, my brother has taught me the value of perseverance, confidence, and believing in myself. Knowing that he has always stood behind me has given me the courage to take on new challenges and aim higher.
